Welcome to UXGO, we are excited to have you join our exclusive UX mentorship community! We are a paid peer-to-peer online mentorship platform connecting experienced professionals with those looking to learn and grow in the field of user experience design.

By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All content on our platform is instantly available on demand and we do not offer refunds for membership.

2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.

3. As a member or coach on our platform, you agree to treat all other members and coaches with respect and professionalism at all times. Any offensive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the instant termination of your membership WITHOUT WARNING.

4. UXGO is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our platform or the actions of any of our members or coaches.

5. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of any changes.

6. Coaches reserve the right to change and update the price of their individual 1:1’s, advanced programs, & online courses at any time. However, if you have already paid for a service, UXGO will honor the service at the rate you have already RSVP’d with a deposit or booked in full.
